What forms of payments do you accept? Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover - Processed through PayPal. We also accept Money Orders and Cashiers Check - Orders will not be processed until payment has cleared Sorry personal checks will not be accepted.

How do I place an order? Orders can be placed online at our online store. Orders can also be placed by phone, e-mail or fax.

What is your refund policy? Refunds will not be accepted for custom-made or personalized items. All other products must be returned in 30 days. Refunds will not be given for shipping. Items must be shipped pre-paid.

Do you have minimum orders for your candy wrappers? A minimum of 10 wrappers must be purchased for the mini wrappers. A minimum of 5 wrappers for all other personalized wrappers.

Do you provide samples? Yes. Samples can be provided on request for candy wrappers.

Can I see proof of my wrapper before you start printing? Yes. All proofs will be sent to the customer before any printing begins.

Are the chocolates provided with the candy wrapper? Wrappers can be purchased with or without the chocolate. We have wrapper only prices.

How long does it take for my order to be delivered? When ordering personalized wrappers, you will need to approve the proof of your wrapper before printing of your wrapper begins. As soon as we get approval we will begin printing your order. Delivery times varies from each project.

What is Alabastrite? Alabastrite is a stone-based polyresin material which can be intricately molded producing great detail, and will allow paint to adhere. These items should not be washed with water as they are painted with water soluble paints. Many garden items are created with Alabastrite with a sand finish to appear like stone.
